New Kit from Montane and Mammut

Montane are releasing a cool looking Allez Micro Hoodie for Women as part of their new VIA™ Trail series of mountain trail running gear. It’s made from Polartec® Power Grid™ fabric and is designed with world class trail runners, epitomising Montane’s core ethos of ‘lightweight yet functional’.

The Polartec® Power Grid™ fabric used in the Allez Micro Hoodie has a grid design structure that enhances both wicking efficiency and breathability by generating channels of targeted touch points that absorb and transport moisture vapour for faster evaporation.  The result is a technical next-to-skin base layer that is lightweight, highly breathable, fast drying with superior moisture wicking.   Thanks to the compressible nature of the fabric it packs small yet provides exceptional warmth to weight.

allezMammut have updated their Aconagua jacket as the Aconagua Light Jacket, a great all round jacket that’s lighter and more stretchable than it’s predecessor. It’s made from Polartec Power Stretch Pro which is a very elastic and wind resistant fleece material. It’s designed as a mid layer, and the athletic cut makes it well suitable for sporting activities.
