Osprey’s 24/Seven Series packs: Streetwise and outdoor savvy all-‐in-‐one
You want a pack for day to day use that can be used on the hill? Why not check out this new range of packs from Osprey.
All-‐day, everyday, that’s the inspiration behind Osprey’s 24/Seven series of daypacks. This six-‐strong range of daypacks, with new colours for fall/winter 2012, combine technical design [derived from Osprey’s extensive current range of packs] with functional everyday features, designed to bridge the gap between the hill and the high street.
Designed for the active user that would like their pack to work twice as hard and double-‐up for urban use without compromise, these packs feature a mix of essential outdoor features and can’t-‐do-‐without lifestyle pluses. All packs feature key hiking must-‐haves such as a sternum strap with whistle buckle, walking pole loop and a realistic carrying capacity.
So, what’s in it for the urbanite? Well, all six packs have an MP3 pocket, elasticated laptop sleeve with padded base [15.4”compatible], a mini-‐organiser in the front stash pocket and a handy internal document sleeve. A padded grab handle comes as standard and is handy whatever your pursuit. Comfort is Osprey’s mantra so a combination of AirScape™(larger sizes) and spacer mesh (smaller sizes) backpanels have been used in the range to ensure good breathability whilst keeping pack weight low.
To summarise, these packs are good on the hill and hold their own on the streets.
